Nestled on the hillside, looking down onto the stunning bay of Loch Diabaig, ElevenDiabaig is a traditional 3 bedroom croft house, on a working croft. It provides self catering accommodation for up to 6 people, and sits within its own secure garden.
The sea loch offers some great opportunities for exploring the beautiful coastline by kayak or canoe, and obviously the chance of catching a fish or two!
There are numerous options for those wishing to disappear off for a day in the hills, from the coastal walks which can be done directly from the front door, to the more adventurous challenge of climbing one of the many local munros. For climbers, the Diabaig Pillar offers a challenge for all levels.
And then, to round off your day of adventures, why not visit the Gille Brigdhe restaurant, Diabaig for a true taste of Scotland.
The West Coast of Scotland is teaming with wildlife, and Loch Diabaig and Torridon are no exception. Red deer and roe deer are regularly seen by guests in the surrounding area, and heard roaring during the rutting season - a sound you won't forget. And you may be lucky and see the Diabaig Otter, who is a regular visitor to the bay hunting for crabs and fish. The elusive Pine marten has also been seen in the late evenings.
Harbour porpoises regularly visit the bay in the pursuit of mackerel, hotly followed by the diving gannets. The local seals are also regularly sighted in the bay.
And if you are lucky enough, the sight of the enormous sea eagle soaring in over the surrounding hills is a sight not to miss.
